Led by Dr. Ale Arbe-Montoya, our veterinarians, nurses and support staff work together to ensure every pet receives the highest standard of care.
Dr. Ale has more than 14 years of veterinary experience and is passionate about caring for animals of all sizes, with a special love for cats. She is supported by an experienced team, including Nikki, our Practice Manager, and Elle, who brings valuable expertise from working with exotic animals in the UK.
With more than 40 years of veterinary experience, Dr. Patrick O'Leary is passionate about mentoring the next generation of veterinarians while continuing to provide exceptional care for pets and their owners.
Together, our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where pets receive professional, personalised care at every visit.

Behind the scenes, Cassidy, Donna, Kaitlyn and Sam are an essential part of keeping the clinic running at the high standard our clients expect. They keep shelves stocked, unpack orders, tidy and clean the clinic, keep supplies organised, walk dogs, clean kennels and support the veterinary team with whatever is needed. No two days are ever the same, and their dedication helps ensure everything runs smoothly for both our team and our clients.
Andrea also supports our vets in the consult room as she continues her transition into a veterinary nursing role.

Cater For All Animals
At Redgum we are mainly a small animal Vet clinic. We do provide first aid to other animal species where needed. Occasionally we do provide home & Farm visits when available.
