Vet Clinic

Veterinary Professionals
Redgum Vets is staffed by a fantastic range of Veterinary professionals. Vet Director and Owner, Dr. Ale Arbe-Montoya, has been over 14 years; she brings a love for cats and is passionate about all animals great and small. Dr. Ale is supported by an amazing team of nursing staff. Nikki has nursed for many years and is now Practice Manager, and Elle brings knowledge and skills from her work with exotics in the UK to the Redgum table. Both nurses are heavily involved in training and supporting our junior and trainee nursing and kennel staff, in ensuring Redgum’s high standards are met and upheld on a daily basis.
Dr. Patrick O'Leary brings over 40 years of Veterinary experience to Redgum. His passion is teaching, and loves to guide new graduates and nurses to become the best they can be.
As a team, the Redgum Veterinary staff are a fantastic group of Vets, nurses and support staff, which means the team at Redgum are able to meet any situation and need.
Suzi and Morgan make up the reception team and are who you will most likely talk to when you call us. Cassidy, Donna, Kaitlyn, and Sam are kennel hands – but in reality, they are the behind-the-scenes people that we need every day to function to the very high level that we do. They keep shelves stocked, unpack orders, tidy, clean and keep our washing up to date. They walk dogs, clean kennels, wash floors – if fact, absolutely anything they are asked to do. Their days are never two the same, as they support the whole team with whatever is required. Andrea also supports the Vets in the consult room, as she moves into the nursing role.

To ensure the best possible care, support and diagnosis for your pets, Redgum carries an extensive range of diagnostic tools and equipment, and we network with a range of specialist services to ensure those more involved cases and surgeries are offered the best outcomes for recovery.
Redgum carries a wide range of products to support good animal health and care, from nutritional needs, enrichment toys and treats, and skin and coat requirements. Our Vet Nurses are able to support your decision making in ensuring positive animal health. You are important to us; we are here to listen to you and to work with you for your pet’s health.
