Clients often look for support after hours. Sometimes this may be related to an emergency, but often it is just to check on something, or to ease your own mind about a given situation.
Redgum has engaged with an external service (Vet Chat) to make sure our clients have great after hours support for those times when we don’t have a Vet on duty.

If you have an emergency situation – contact VETCHAT https://www.vetchat.com.au/. This service is available any time after hours.
They will have a vet available for you and will offer the best support advice.
This might be that you can give first aid and bring your animal to the clinic the following day.
OR it might be that you do have a genuine emergency and need to see a Vet. If Redgum has a Vet on duty, VETCHAT will contact them, and they will then make contact with you to arrange to see your pet.
If Redgum do NOT have a Vet on duty, VETCHAT will direct you to the nearest available after-hours clinic, so you can get emergency care.
VetChat does have a small fee; however, this is much less that the after-hours fee for calling a Vet out, and will set your mind at rest for the remainder of the day or evening.

Redgum are partnering with Your Pet PA for a range of services.
Online Retail Store – Your Pet PA are able to offer an incredible range of merchandise at very, very competitive prices. All of the usual merchandise you would normally purchase from Redgum, can now be purchased through the online retail store of My Pet PA.
Redgum will still carry a small range of some products to support clients who do not enjoy the online experience.
Online Pharmacy Store – Whilst you will still need to see the Vet, and get a script, you will be able to fill that script at your convenience – either immediately in the clinic, or at a later time that suits you better. The relationship we have with Your Pet PA means you will be able to have the majority of medications sent to you, at a very reduced cost, and no cost for the writing of the script. This results in substantial savings for you, and in a very convenient format.
