The Team
Compassionate Staff Who Love Their Job
Redgum Vet & Pet Boarding have some of South Australia’s most experienced and knowledgeable vets, nurses, and support staff. We are all animal lovers at heart, and will care about your pet, big or small, just like they were part of our family.
Everyday we wake up with massive smiles on our faces because we get to come into work and do what we love most. Not only caring for the sick and injured animals of the mid-north and greater area, but also providing support to ensure everyday good health is maintained. We love nurturing all animals back to health, and really pride ourselves on teaching owners how to best care for their pets.
The team at Redgum are also committed to ongoing education. From our Vets, Vet Nurses, Administration, Kennel Handlers and Support Staff – everyone is encouraged to keep learning and to bring those new skills to their work every day, providing you with the best quality care.
Individualized Care and Extra Attention
We want to care for your pet in the best possible way. In order to do this, we need specific information from you. When you bring your pet for the first time, there will be paperwork to complete. This should only take about 10 minutes but will support our staff to make sure they know all the details necessary when working with your pet. From time to time, the staff will ask you to update this information. This will ensure any changes to your pet’s routine or daily life are recorded and passed on to any other staff, and also means that we have current contact information for you and your alternative contact person.
Vet Clinic
Team
We understand that your pet is a part of your family and here at Redgum we aim to keep them fit and healthy. We provide high quality services and have a team of highly trained professionals.
Every part of your pet’s consultation will be kept confidential. It is important to us that we help your pet in the consultation. Additionally, we provide an outreach service, supporting outback clients to have access to our veterinary services. We will help your pet get back on track, whether that is with their overall general health, specific illness or injury needs, or perhaps extends to include behavioural issues. Our team are experienced and ready to provide you with the best quality care. Additionally, if you do not have the time to pick up certain products from our clinic, we will happily deliver them to you.
